DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES

Garrett Abdo obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in acting and directing.  Starting in stand-up comedy 30 years ago, booking one- nighters led him to open the prestigious Uptown Comedy Corner in 1993. Managing acts like Michael “Chicken” Roof, Rickey Smiley, Matt Rife, Kountry Wayne and Jess Hilarious, he has helped place comedians in film and TV for three decades including co-producing and talent coordinating for Bounce TV’s “Off the Chain.”  He is currently the managing partner of the upscale Atlanta Comedy Theater.
